Upload plans for a professional building estimate
send the project information
Send drawings, specifications, scope notes or tender information and we’ll confirm the right route for your estimate.
This is the human review route, not self-serve estimating software. Send the project information and we’ll confirm the right estimating route before work starts.
This route is for projects that need a proper look before you price them, tender them or commit to a client figure. Send what you have, including drawings, site notes, exclusions, deadlines and any known allowances. We use that information to prepare or quote the estimating work on a clearer basis.
- Plans, elevations, sections or tender drawings.
- Specification notes, schedules of work or tender packs.
- Known allowances, exclusions, access notes and deadline.
You can find our pricing here. If you are not ready to upload your files yet, you can contact us here to discuss how we may be able to help you.
If you are unsure what information an online estimator needs, the guide explains the drawings, specifications and scope notes that help produce a more reliable estimate.
What to send if you have it
You do not need everything perfectly packaged, but the estimate is stronger when the scope is clear. Upload the best version you have and note anything still to be confirmed.
- Architectural drawings: plans, elevations and sections.
- Structural drawings or engineer’s details where relevant.
- Specification notes, schedules or tender information.
- Scope notes, exclusions and known allowances.
- Site address, access notes and the quote or tender deadline.
The estimate can be prepared with measured quantities, labour and material allowances, scope notes, assumptions and exclusions, depending on the information supplied and the estimating route agreed.
