Builders Estimating Service
upload your plans
Upload your drawings, specifications, tender pack or scope notes and we’ll confirm the next step for your estimate. This route suits jobs that need a proper look before you price them, tender them, or commit to a client figure.
For builders, the better the information, the stronger the pricing basis. Send what you have, including drawings, site notes, exclusions, deadlines and any known allowances. We’ll use it to prepare a professional estimate with clearer quantities, scope notes and assumptions.
You can find our pricing here. If you are not ready to upload your files yet, you can contact us here to discuss how we may be able to help you.
If you are unsure what information an online estimator needs, the guide explains the drawings, specifications and scope notes that help produce a more reliable estimate.
Submission Checklist for Reliable Pricing
The estimate is only as good as the information it is based on. If something is missing, send the best version you have and note what still needs confirming.
- Upload where available: architectural drawings, including plans, elevations and sections.
- Include: structural drawings, engineer’s details, specification notes, schedules or tender information.
- State clearly: what is included, what is excluded, the site address, the build type and the quote or tender deadline.
- Flag: access restrictions, phasing, working hours, ground conditions, photos of existing areas, provisional sums and known allowances.
- Result: fewer assumptions, clearer scope notes and a stronger pricing basis before the estimate is prepared.
