Do I pay for the estimate first?
Yes. You order and pay for your Cost Estimator estimate as normal. If the estimate helps you win the job and meets the offer terms, Renno will refund the estimate fee.
How do I claim my refund?
Mark the relevant estimate as ‘Won’ in the Cost Estimator Builders Portal once you secure the work. If you’ve already opted in, Renno will handle the refund from there. If you haven’t, we’ll remind you and give you another opportunity to opt in.
What do I need to provide for an estimate?
Send us your drawings, specifications, scope and any relevant site information. We’ll review what you provide and confirm the fee and next steps before starting.
